Returns and Satisfaction Policy

I want you to love the artwork you choose — it’s a meaningful investment and an important part of your space. If the piece you receive isn’t what you expected, please contact me within 7 days to arrange a return.

To qualify, the artwork must be in its original condition — not used, marked, or damaged in any way. To begin the return process, email me at natwardartist@gmail.com and I’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please ensure the artwork is returned in strong, secure, and protective packaging. Once it’s safely received and checked, I’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

Damaged Deliveries

Each piece is carefully wrapped and packaged with multiple protective layers — boxed securely for shipping, or rolled in a tube for international delivery.

​

If your artwork arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging before opening it and contact me within 3 days. I’ll review the images and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
