Nat Ward Artist – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

By purchasing artwork from Nat Ward (“the Artist”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before completing your order.

2. Ordering and Payment

• All orders are processed through the website or via direct communication with the Artist.

• Payment must be completed in full before an artwork is dispatched.

• Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, and direct bank transfer.

3. Pricing and Availability

• Prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Each piece is unique; availability is limited to the edition or original piece as listed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Artworks are carefully packaged for protection: boxed for domestic shipping or rolled in a tube for international delivery.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Delivery times are estimates; the Artist is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs for international orders.

5. Risk and Title

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery.

• Ownership of the artwork transfers to the buyer only after full payment has been received.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Refer to the Returns and Satisfaction Policy.

• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days once the returned artwork has been inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition.

7. Damaged or Faulty Artwork

• If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact the Artist within 3 days and provide photos of the packaging and artwork.

• The Artist will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

• All artworks, images, and related content are the copyright of Nat Ward.

• No part of the artwork or images may be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without written permission from the Artist.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Artist is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, display, or use of the artwork.

• Liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.

• Any disputes will be resolved under Australian law, with jurisdiction in New South Wales.
